She Tells Her Grandma She’s Pregnant So Grandma Whispers And Tells Her To Do This

A young woman was getting married but unknown to everyone including her family, the woman had a secret – she was pregnant. She came from a conservative family and didn’t know how to tell her parents and face their judgement. She was tired of struggling and fighting herself to not reveal her secret.

She went to her grandmother and admitted the truth to her. Her grandmother paused, then quietly asked the woman to bend down. Her grandmother whispered in her ear:

“No matter what you do in life, there’s one thing that’s certain. People are always going to say something.

If you get pregnant at 20: People say “She’s too young to have a baby”.

If you get pregnant at 35: “She’s risking her baby’s health!”

If you consider abortion: “Can’t believe she’s just going to get rid of her baby.”

If you consider adoption: “Can’t believe she’s just going to give her baby away.”

If you keep the baby: “How’s she going to afford that baby??”

If you get welfare: “Wow, she’s so lazy.”

If you get a job: “How can she stand to be away from her baby all day like that?”

If you become a stay at home mom: “She probably doesn’t do anything all day.”

If you stop hanging out with friends: “She totally changed when she had that baby.”

If you goes out: “She’s always partying.”

If you want to leave your husband: “Nobody knows what it means to work things out anymore.”

If you want to stay with your husband: “She’s dumb.”

If you eat a burger: “Fatty.”

If you eat a salad: “Must be one of those starving health nuts.”

If you are overprotective of your child: “You’re acting like a psycho.”

If you let your child play without you: “Where is this kid’s mom??”

If you spank your kid: “Call Protective Services!”

If you refuse to spank: “Her kids are gonna be such brats.”

No matter what you do, people will talk. So do what is best for YOU & your baby, not other people.”

The happiest people aren’t the ones that face no difficulties – they are the ones the make the most of everything that comes. You can’t go forward in life unless you’ve let go of your past heartaches and mistakes, only then can you become a stronger person.

May you remember this wise grandma’s words so that when you have a decision to make, you’ll remember to make the best decision for you and your loved ones and not to worry about what other people think.
