Bride Has The Perfect Wedding But 3 Months Later, She Says THIS About Her Husband’s Identity

Krickitt and Kim met in 1992, fell in love, and got married the following year. However, less than ten weeks after their wedding, the newly married couple were horrifically injured in a horrific car accident. While Kim recovered, Krickitt’s condition was so serious that doctors didn’t think she’d make it. She remained in a coma for three weeks.

Doctors woke Krickitt 21 days later, but amnesia from her extensive brain damage left her with no memory of the 18 months prior to the accident. Krickitt had to relearn everything, from how to walk and talk to even how to use the bathroom. Critically, she also had no memory of her husband, and didn’t even think she was married. “I was told, ‘This is my husband, his name is Kim,’ so I kinda just started to go on with that,” she told Oprah Winfrey in 1996. That’s right – in a matter of months, Krickitt went from being fully in love with her new husband to being completely unaware of his existence and presence in her life.

Kim was determined to help Krickitt remember him and their wonderful life together — but she was indifferent. In fact, she resented this pushy “stranger” and tried to curtail any and all of his attempts to remain in her life.

But wait until you see what Kim does. This is incredible:

It’s so amazing that Krickitt and Kim’s story inspired a 2012 feature-length movie that you may have seen – it’s called The Vow. If this isn’t true love, I don’t know what is.
